GAN also announced that Michael Smurfit, brother of Derek Smurfit, will step down from the GAN Board of Directors effective December 31, 2023.

Michael Smurfit said: “With the strategic review concluded, I feel that now is the right time for me to step down from the board.” “I fully support the deal with Sega Sammy Creation and look forward to its closing in due course.”

Ross has 35 years of experience in the gaming and hospitality sectors and extensive backgrounds in both capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.
